Worked really well for my driveway lights to have them on a timer, worked for about 4 months but then stopped… just the blue light is on but the device is locked up. Only fix is a hard reset which is not easy with this device and requires flipping of a circuit breakers. It will work for a few days then lock up again. The fit is bad too. Going to do a different brand next time… connectivity is not an issue have checked and get strong wifi signal at the switch (~100mb/s)

Overall I'm satisfied with this switch. It installed simply. It is a tad too wide for standard deco-style faceplates requiring a little manual whittling of the faceplate to fit. It works easily with the Smart Life app. The cloud-based scheduling and dawn/dusk scene triggers work well as long as you have a stable internet connection. Setting it up works reliably provided you have fixed 2.4GHz wifi (no hybrid with 5GHz) and turn off any VPN app on your phone while setting up the switch. It works well with Google Home, though with occasional service hiccups. Or, if you prefer local automation that doesn't depend on the cloud, there are Tuya and Tasmota firmware images available which make this switch work with Home Assistant and other solutions.It lasted 4 years and 1 month before starting to have stability problems. It locked up twice requiring a power-cycle at the breaker and then hard reset and re-setup to get it working again. Then it died completely after another month. No light, no response to button presses. A leaky 470uF 10v capacitor inside testing way below spec caused the failure. Replacing that repaired it. Here's hoping it lasts for several more years of operation.

I received and installed this switch today. It is easy to install, but it does protrude from the wall (thickness of frame/housing) enough that a standard switch plate will not pull flush against the wall behind it. This only matters if you're using it in a box with other switches and need a double or triple switch cover (like my application). It did include a single switch cover that is deep enough, and it appears to be a nice one.You must use the native app for initial setup and linking to Alexa. It appears you needs BOTH apps running for Alexa control. I would prefer if Alexa could recognize and configure this switch without the native app.The included (paper) instructions were not useful for setup. I had to trial and error my way through, but it was intuitive enough that between Alexa and Smart Life apps, I figured it out pretty quickly. Depress and hold the switch for 7 seconds to enter pairing mode.The switch works fine being controlled by either app, although the smart-life app is very basic, just on/off and building a simple timer schedule. Through Alexa however, you have greatly expanded capability, such as sunset to sunrise, with offsets, easily configured as a routine. I have mine set that way (through the Alexa routine.Once thing that seems counterintuitive is that the LED status light is RED for on, and GREEN for off. There does not appear to be a way to change that, but, a quick google search revealed that this convention appears to actually be an old electrical standard. Red for "Power on, unsafe" and green for "Power off, safe".All in all I'm happy with this unit, and it does everything the manufacturer claims it does.

Had this faucet installed in a new construction and it’s only been in use for about 2 months. It’s already rusted and spitting out brown water when it first comes on. Even the handheld unit is rusty inside. Customer service gives you the run around when you email them saying things like “we’ve responded to you from a different email” when they’ve never sent an additional response at all. It’s just ridiculous. Do not buy. Invest your money into a higher quality product unless you want poor water quality.////////////Update Jan 05,2024The company shipped out a replacement and have been very diligent with their customer service. The new faucet and handheld unit seems to be working great.

Easy to install.Should not be used where a old school swich leg is employed (older electrical code allowed these) as a neutral is required to run the switch, that said, i tied the neutral and ground wire together on the swich and connected those to tbe ground wire in the box and it worked fine. This method works and is not a hazard but does not meet the manufacturer requirement of a separate neutral and ground.

De los mejores productos que he comprado, durable robusto muy buena calidad y estético, requiere de conocimiento en electricidad para su instalación pero nada que san YouTube no te pueda enseñar

Cumple con las expectativas, he comprado varios de este y funcionan sin problemas, alguno de ellos me costó un poco mas la instalación pero al final todos funcionan . trabaja con la app SmartLife

No me gustó que no es compatible con Alexa ni con google assistant. No sé si vinieron dañados los míos, compré 3, o que pasó. Tengo más cosas que ya había comprado y si funcionaron como 3 plugs y 1 wall switch doble. Agregue dos imágenes una que tiene la sección de third party control y la otra no la tiene.Actualización: de un día a otro funcionó la compatibilidad con Google Assistant y alexa. Fue muy raro sin hacer absolutamente nada. Esperemos que así como se arreglo no se descomponga también.

Funciona excelente con Alexa, se enciende o se apaga al instante fácil de instalar y luce muy bien con el pequeño LED en orizontal que ayuda a encontrar fácilmente el apagador. El único inconveniente es que si anteriormente tenías un contacto y un apagador juntos, tendrás que olvidarte del contacto porque el apagador ocupa todo el espacio. Para su funcionamiento necesitarás almenos 2 líneas la Face y el Neutro, y muy recomendable tener la tercera línea la Tierra por cuestión de descargas o variaciones de Luz.

Buen producto, se usa con Smart Life y es compatible con asistentes inteligentes. Requiere que tengas cable neutro en tu instalación.
