This was easy to install. The handle broken, probably because of the kids usage. However, I contacting the company and they wanted to get a new handle to me as fast as possible. They were very responsive and I appreciated them working on fixing the problem, not giving me the run around.

The faucet hoses need to be directly over the connectors in order for it to perform 100 percent. Had to make adjustments and the faucet works marvelous.

This is a well made product. All parts were made of sturdy materials. I did encounter a problem with the faucet. Once installed the valve leaked. Tightening it did not solve the problem. I contacted customer service and they were so helpful. They sent a new valve and when that didn't work they sent a whole new faucet. I can't say enough good things about this company. And I love the stand alone faucet.

My Contractor installed this as recommended. However, it’s very difficult to get the provided hoses to connect from underneath as they are super short. we ended up having a leak as it was very difficult to tighten. Also , once we finally installed it despite tightening the supplied fasteners, the faucet does not feel stable and shakes when you touch it. also a huge defect is the provided hand shower excess water will drain outside once you have finished showering and put it back. another problem is how easily this product scuffs. within the first hour of use i saw somescuffing. overall will not recommend this product to anyone. it’s better to go with known brands.i would return this product but it’s already installed and will pray it lets me at-least a few years. overall super disappointed.

We ordered this floor faucet for a master bath remodel for a home that we are selling. We ordered a different one and found that the base cover did not provide clearance for the floor connections. We ordered this one instead and it works very nicely. The flow of water is adequate and the hand held shower feature is highly recommended. We had a contractor install the faucet and the only issue we had was the missing screws that secured the top to the rest of the fixture. We contacted the vendor and the parts were shipped out to us in a few weeks. I would recommend this faucet for the style and function. It looks great in the space and will be a bonus for potential buyers!
