I am going to start my review by saying: I didn't get this for paint. I got it for mixing resin. Having said that, I have worked in a paint shop where we did Cerakote and hydro-dipping. So I can sing the tune just a little bit (I did mostly prep work and stencil creation)I have been looking for an option for mixing resin. Cups were just too small for the projects I am working on, and plastic mixing cups sold at the hardware store are too hard to clean resin out of - making them super expensive as well. When I can, I cut bottoms off milk and juice containers, clean them, and mix in that. But depending on the project, that isn't always an option. The liners that come in this kit, coupled with the sleeve, are perfect for mixing medium size batches of resin.They are quite thin - the liners - but slide right into the sleeve that is premarked with common mix ratios for painters. They also come with lids that have screens in them. I often mix my own airbrush paint out of acrylics I have on hand, so these will come in quite handy for that as I do not do large batch work with that. :)Anyway, this is a useful system for painters to have, but it can also be used for other purposes. The price point was great for me, it seems like a lot but when you factor it all out per use it really isn't a bad deal at all. Even though I didn't get this for paint, I am extremely happy with it

These cups are easy to use. You can measure and mix in the cup, and when the cup is empty you throw the whole thing away. So the only clean up with solvent that you need to do is for the gun. Also you can spray at any angle, including upside down. You do need to buy an adapter though for your gun. Most low cost guns use the same adapter, and they are easy to find.
