It's a good steamer. Little bummed it only had an hour at a time. But its easy to use and clean. Good value.

I'm tired of having to be on alert when steaming things on the stove. So I searched and found this one. Love it that I no longer have to be on the watch. Love it that it steams well. Love it that it has such big three-layer space to heat up a lot of food although most of the time I only use one layer. Love it that I can add water during the steaming. Love it that I can delay the start. Being dishwasher-safe makes my husband happy. And, last but not least, love the ingenious design that allows us to stack the three layers into one layer and saves a lot of space. My son is a bit concerned about the plastic. But it doesn't have a smell. It's kind of solid. Also, when I steam, I use steaming cloth to separate the plastic and the food. So nothing to worry.Updating my review after more use: I'm using it more and more and Im loving it more and more as well. The solid plastic layers are very safe to be washed in dishwasher. So cleaning is a breeze. You can also easily just clean by hand. Steaming speed is good and reliable. The best food steamer that you can expect to have.

Will definitely give a five start!Easy setup. With useful timer/delay function.Not leaking water. There are some brands which have design defect and will leak water while steaming. This one doesn't.One suggestion: For timer setup, it will be easier to have an option of delay 12 hours. Instead of requiring to set start time. That way, when we unplug the steam and plug it back in, we won't need to set current time again in order to use the delay function.
