I’ve ordered these every year and bought locally 🤔 Have no idea what’s changed ?? All the descriptions say it holds 1.5 gallon😟Both,did not hold a complete gallon😳So I compaired it to the old one,that does hold a gallon and half,just have to fill more often??

I bought two of these to help my sinuses, and after a week, one of them has stopped working; the blue light comes on but it does not warm up, regardless of salt content, filtered water, or vinegar baths. The other one works, but spits constantly. I was willing to put up with the sharp edges, unclear instructions, lack of power switch, and generally finicky nature, but not any more.

Contrary to popular opinion, water is a poor conductor of electricity if it has no ions. Distilled and bottled water will not work in this vaporizer without a pinch of table salt to perk those electrons up.Therefore a regular rinse and washout of residual salt is a very good idea when your illness is over and it's time to retire the device to it's dwelling under the bathroom sink.Stay healthy my friends,t.e.m

Nice little vaporizer. The only negative is that it is a little hard to remove the insert after you put it in, and you have to work at placing it just right to lift it back out, but other than that it works great and I can live with a little inconvenience.

Llegó dañado, en malas condiciones y no existe la forma de regresarlo, es una tontería que no podamos tener un reembolso o reemplazo cuando el producto está inservible
