Works, however the polarization that should be (+) for red (-) for black are reversed from supplier and should be addressed.

It works ok, but is likely a mislabeled 12703. I specifically paid for the 12710 and have the power designed for that. Each only draws only slightly over 3A at 12V. I get around a 26 deg C different in a well controlled test.

This cube only cooled a mini fridge 15deg (at best) below ambient. Had to uninstall and use a different manufacturer.

Of the five pieces, 2 failed in less than one minute, one failed after 48 hrs of use, and one had reversed polarity (non-label side got cold). I guess you get what you pay for - peltiers from reputable sources are ~ $50 ea.

The Peltier modules I received are marked as TEC1-12712 but clearly are not. At full 12V across them they draw ~5 A, nowhere near the rated 12 A. Additionally measuring the resistance (using a DE-5000 LCR meter) @1kHz as mentioned in the description, they measure ~2.1 ohms, not the 1.0-1.1 ohms specified.It does work, but it is most likely a 12705 or 12706, not a 12712.
