the lid doesn't stay up, doesn't hold any ice or ice pack.. very disappointed

This would have been a 5 star but there is no bottom???? You cant put ice in it to keep ur fruit cold. Its just a hollow open box . Otherwise i like it. Good quality, great size. Looks really appealing to the eye also.

This is a lot more flimsy than I thought it was going to be I was hoping it would be sturdier. I also believe this should come with a tray underneath instead of having it completely open on the bottom. I don’t want to use it as much as I thought I’d like to.
