Exactly what I needed to finish out my Tweedle Dee and Tweedle Dum costumes. Since the use for Halloween, the hat and bow tie have been used multiple times for silly hat day and wacky Wednesday, and they have held up nicely!

I purchased this hat but only received 3 plastic pieces to hold the propeller in place and so it was all loose. The image shows that there should be 4 plastic pieces under the propeller.

Used this for a carnival event at work, and everyone loved them! I have a thick neck but thhe neck bow still runs really big and dangles. If you’re able to, I highly suggest sewing them to fit to you’re liking.
