Chair is good height and function but the cushion is not firm enough

the chair is beautiful, it was easy to put together and very comfortable, i actually would love this chair however when i sit in it the height goes down about 2-3 inches without any ability to correct it. so it is too short for the high desk and keyboard set up i have at home.

I am an artist with a very small in home studio. I use a standing desk so that I can have storage underneath it so I needed a chair that would be tall enough that I can work comfortably at this desk. This chair is perfect! It is pretty comfortable for an office chair at this price point, I like that the armrests can be moved out of the way if needed, and the lumbar support is nice! An adjustable footrest was non negotiable and I am pleased with this one! I put it together by myself pretty quickly and it looks nice. There are minor scratches on the legs that hold the wheels which is annoying but not enough for me to return it or anything. This is also specific to me and my space but the legs maneuver nicely around my easel, I have slanted ceilings so this is really the only place this monster can fit so this chair is making navigation that much easier! I think the only thing I would change is I would make the seat larger, I am 5’6” and 130lbs so not a particularly large human and I feel like the depth is a bit shallow for me. This is definitely not an oversized seat, but the measurements are accurate so that’s on me!

OK, so it was easy to put together and all of the parts were there including a couple of extras so that was good. For a plastic chair, it looks OK in my office and it is very lightweight and it wheels around pretty well on a thin carpet. That said the seat is not terribly comfortable, and I will probably put another cushion on it for extra padding, but for no more than I paid for it it’s pretty good and I have paid more for chairs that were even less comfortable.
