After 10 years 📅of using my “natural clay”pizza stone it was damaged during moving📦. At the time of purchase 🛒the brand was only available at a tupperware/stoneware party🎉. So I never replaced it & I converted back to primarily pizza delivery or would use metal pizza pans ⚫️on occasion ever since. Until I came across this hidden gem & decided to try it out because it was 1/2 🤑of the cost as my last one.It Definitely👍 renewed 😍frozen pizza night with my picky kids👦🧒👧 who prefer delivery. They immediately noticed the difference of the whole pizza being evenly 🫓crispy instead of the pan cooked crispy edges only that they were use to. Also, it was nice to NOT have the middle part soggy. Even my mostly anti pizza son ate his whole plate🍽️ without complaints & without the, “can I be done”question that I am use to! With that said, let’s get into it!!What I ❤️:✅ High Quality made in material of mostly Cordierite, this heavy duty pizza stone is durable, can withstand high temperatures & cooks my pizza evenly🔀 I ❤️ how versatile it is because I can use it in the oven or grill⏳ I ❤️ that Preheating🎛️ the pizza stone isn’t necessary since it is Thermal 🌡️Shock 🧊Resistant, which is a timesaver for me vs having to preheat it for 30-45 minutesWhat I didn’t 💔〰️ Easily Scratched🏋️♀️ Not Lightweight📃 No WarrantyTips:💧Do Clean Upon first use, To clean the packaging & dust particles away, gently wipe the pizza stone with a damp cloth using warm water & use a towel to dry it. Going forward, no need to clean just use the scraperStorage: Do store it in the oven OR wrap it in parchment paper OR have a spot where nothing else can touch it (I learned this the hard way after I had a space for it to store it at untouched & reminded my fiancé not to place anything on it. Well he forgot & placed a pan on top of it when putting dishes away. It was easily scratched in multiple places just from me gently removing the pan with hardly any force at all)The Verdict ⚖️, Despite no warranty & the easy to scratch factor, I am very pleased 🤩with the cooking👩🍳quality being the same as the expensive brand that I was use to at 1/2 the price!! Definitely Buy Worthy, I would purchase again & highly recommend at 5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️➕stars!!

I'm s frozen pizza kind of guy. There are some pretty good brands out there and when you are in the mood they are ready pretty quickly. Most of those pizzas will tell you to bake them on the rack so that the bottom gets cooked properly and isn't soggy. Unfortunately, that also means cheese or topping ends up on the bottom of the oven and that means more mess to clean up afterward. This pizza stone heats up evenly and is big enough to hold the entire pizza. So, no mess in your oven and still a nice crusty bottom. I know the supplier is concerned that the pizza stone arrives unbroken. The packaging it is sent in is durable. It would take a lot of abuse to break the stone. I'm storing my pizza stone in the shipping box for extra protection.

Excited to get this pizza stone. But I am a newbie and I used it and my pizza got stuck badly in the areas there wasn't much olive oil. I believe you have to "season" these. I'm sure instructions have to be online somewhere but silly me just went ahead and washed and used. Big mistake. Half my pizza was stuck. BUT the crust was super nice and the parts that did not stick were nice and crunchy. Get a paddle style remover for this so you don't have issues trying to get this out of the oven.*** update: after some research some people are for and some against seasoning but another thing I've found out is that the pizza stone must be put in a cold oven and once heated up to the pizza cooking temperature then you add the pizza. I had put mine in on an unheated stone to a hot oven and apparently that can crack your pizza stone. Mine did not crack but the pizza stuck. Will try again with the stone heated first.

I've had other pizza stones in the past that somehow got ruined over the years. Since there were no instructions included with this item, I thought I'd share a few things I've learned over the years.Do not use any cleaning agents to clean this item at all. Once you're done using it and the stone has cooled completely, use a scraper to remove any food deposits like melted cheese from your pizza. No soap, no dishwasher, nothing but a scraper.Do not cut your pizza on this stone. Anything sharp can shatter the stone, even though it's extremely durable. The stone should heat up in the oven or on the grill as soon as you turn it on. Don't put the cold stone into a hot oven or on a hot grill. The temperature disparity could shock the stone and cause it to break. It will take longer to heat the oven up with the stone in it since the stone absorbs heat. The stone will discolor when used, this is normal. You could try baking your pizza on a piece of parchment paper on top of the stone, but I like to crank my oven up high for pizza and parchment paper is usually only good up to about 425 degrees. You can use this stone to bake bread and get a great crispy crust! There are lots of ways to use this stone and it should last you a very long time. I enjoy baking and this stone has definitely made a difference in the quality of my baking/cooking whenever I've used it.Enjoy!
