Size is good - both us, my 11 year-old and me, fit the "hat".Looks like Jiggly-puff and was perfect for a Halloween costume. My kiddo didn't complain about it being too hot after wearing it for a few hours, and after both she and I wore it for trick-o-treating & work Halloween party, the material has held up, hasn't pilled like a lot of cheapy costumes do after one use and wash.In terms of price, I'm not mad about it & would buy it again, quality is good, but it wasn't a "deal".
