These things are commercial grade! very well made and held up to beating our resort gave them all summer.

Its great, a 5" hole saw is needed or very good jig saw skills.

I own about a dozen of these throughout my restaurant. These hold and paper cup (think standard coffee cup or mcdonalds medium cup). These hold and size from 8oz up to 32oz. We only use 12oz and 20oz, but as long as they are paper, they will go in there.These are flush mount and come with a black ring. You can purchase a stainless ring to match your counters from a 3rd party. We did that and were extremely happy with the results.I can get mine to hold 50+ cups which is plenty for me. I know that when I have to refill them I've made a pretty good chunk of money! :)

I run a bar and purchased this to hold our plastic cups. It does hold most of them, but certain brands have a thicker rim and will not fit into this. I can't imagine how anything larger than a 16 oz would fit...
