Prints from this machine look amazing, but let's weight some potential pros and cons:Pros:+ Excellent Print Quality: This printer delivers extremely high-quality prints both in color and monochrome, making it suitable for professional documents.+ Versatile Connectivity: With multiple options including Wi-Fi, Ethernet, USB, AirPrint, Mopria, and NFC, this printer will work in just about any office environment.+ Multifunction: It can scan, fax, copy, and print, providing an all-in-one solution that can reduce office clutter (if you would otherwise have multiple machines), and streamline workflows.+ Ease of Use: The 4.3” color touchscreen panel and easy-to-change toner cartridges are both user-friendly.+ Security: Includes secure wireless printing with options like Locked Print for protecting sensitive information.Cons:- Modest Print Speed: At 26 pages per minute, this speed is considered modest for its category, especially for graphics-heavy documents. Fine for smaller businesses, but may be too slow for more demanding offices.- High Running Costs: The cost of toner for this machine is relatively high, and there's no option for high-yield cartridges at the time of this review.- Size and Weight: At 66.1 pounds, this machine is an absolute unit. It's heavier and larger than many competitors, which might be a drawback in space-constrained environments. Conclusion:The RICOH C125 MF is a solid choice for small to medium offices looking for a multifunction device with excellent print quality and connectivity options. However, the higher toner cost, modest print speeds, and physical size might be problematic for some buyers. It's best suited for environments prioritizing document quality over speed and cost per print.

So the print quality is great and it has a lot of handy functions. When I went to replace the ink cartridges, I couldn't find them for less than 350. That isn't cool. It seemed like an inexpensive printer but they rob you on the ink I wouldn't recommend.

I should update the title of my review to "No Recycling". I checked their website before purchasing the C125 MF about recycling print cartridges. They have pages devoted to recycling. It looked as easy as entering the product information and printing out prepaid shipping labels. However, when I tried to recycle my 5 large cartridges, they wouldn't take the "EDP code". This means that they most likely don't accept the cartridges for the C125 MF. And of course, it is impossible to actually talk to someone to verify.
