Works better with the magnetic, that's why I buy this product very strongly also you can add more frag compartments with only some small adjustments.

After a year in this hobby, you will definitely need magnet shelves as you buy new frags. I was lucky that I bought my first rack from Reefing Art. The best part of it is the magnet that holds the rack in place, even as you move it along the glass. I bought a few other brands afterwards, and none of them have good enough magnets... the shelves keep disconnecting and frags often end up in the sand. Will only buy Reefing Art from now on. Ordering another shelf right now. Thank you!

Really pleased with this frag rack strong magnet looks great under the blues and the coral are happy. Might try another one in the future if space permits

This unit is designed and manufactured with every detail you would want and need and has been flawlessly executed. Expandable, low profile, super strong magnet, secures frags in place but can be easily adjusted. Even comes with felt circles to protect your tank against scratching. Looks incredible in the tank! Worth every penny!
