This has got to be probably the best cat scratcher I have ever purchased. I have two Siberians and one Maine coon. I want Siberian is 12 pounds my other Siberian is 16 pounds and my Maine coon is 26 pounds. When they use this to scratch their nails, it says sturdy doesn’t fall over. It’s nice and tall so they can stand up on their back legs and properly scratch it. My cats usually shred cat scratchers within a couple of weeks to a couple months depending on how well it’s made. I have yet to see any type of falling apart coming from this. It was easy to put together and this piece is used to put it together have not stripped like other ones from usage. Now it is big keep in mind. It’s not like the little ones but bigger is better when you have big cats.

It looks nice with my dark blue furniture and It got my cat attention to use it instead of my furniture. My cat is medium large and this tower is tall enough to help him stretch his back and such. He loves using it, It stays where it is, My cat scratches hard and it will not move or anything. strong tower,

My cats are avid scratchers. They will scratch through to the cardboard and tear any tree up. I wanted to get something more durable that doesn't leave such a mess from them and this cat scratcher is amazing. I will be buying again once this one goes out. Its been months now and the small carpet piece is a little scratched up but the main part still looks untouched even though both of my cats use it everyday. They love it too bc they can be very aggressive with it and im sure it feels good on their claws. I deff recommend this for people with cats that scratch a lot.

As an actual cat scratcher, it is great. Tall for adult cats, with a sturdy base that prevents tipping over but...the double-ended thread 'screw' that attaches the 2 top pieces do not have a 'stop' on it and I had to use a thin pair of forceps to keep it from just spinning when assembling. That said, I ended up wrapping a small piece of tape in the middle of the screw as a stopper. My cats love and actually use it, so it's a win for me.
