Peut être dangereux car ça gratte très bien ! Donc en faisant attention cela va très bien !Personnellement je gratte des pommes dessus et cela me fait une petite compote express crue et délicieuse !Marche très bien avec le daikon et tout légume/fruit !

I was looking for something simple, easy to use and doesn’t take up much room. This grater works perfect.

This is the easiest and most wonderful to grate ginger and daikon. I especially like the anti slip discs at the bottom of the grater, a wonderful safety feature. Very well constructed and should last for many years !

This is the best daikon grater I've ever owned. Design is perfect; easy to use and clean and sturdy yet light. Don't be distracted by beautiful ceramic graters which can be difficult to use and is breakable. Buy this one!
