It's very sturdy and the handle is very comfortable, a well made product. Everyone should have one, especially good for avocados and egg salad and blends the flour and shortening for pie crusts easily. I bought several to give to my family, a necessary tool for baking and cooking. I would not want to be without one,it is very helpful.

I had promised a lot of people Date Squares at Christmas time and the pastry blender I had - broke.I attempted to use a couple of fork/knives to blend, but it took forever!!! Ordered this and WOW it's extremely well made and made my life a dream (making date squares only lol) The butter and flour etc didn't stand a chance against this powerful utensil.Easy to clean, well made, comfortable handle... Wonderful product I'd highly recommend

I liked the idea that you actually had one & that it was much sturdier made than the one I had. My old one was around 40 + years old. I wasn't sure they even made them any more with all the food processors around. When I was much younger I used it to make my own pastry and it definitely gave your hands a workout but the pastry always turned out great. As the years have gone by along with life changes I didn't use it as much. We did find a use for it though and it was my husband who discovered it. He is the one who makes all the devilled eggs in our household and it is perfect for mashing up the eggs. He really missed the old one so I thought I'd look on Amazon. You had many to choose from and we are extremely happy with the one we found. Thank You Amazon for always having what we need and delivering it in a timely fashion.

Much larger than I expected so very easy to work with. Feels sturdy. Very happy with this.
