Someone doesn’t know how to create pipe threads even with lots of teflon tape these bottom out on the threads

4 out of 6 leaked. On close inspection the threads are shallow probably because the pipe wall is slightly thin.

These pipes were not good fits for our NPT fittings. All of the ones we tried leaked. We switched to more expensive brass pipes that we bought locally and the leaks went away. Save yourself the frustration. The cost savings were more than made up for by the issues encountered. (Especially since we ended up paying double - paying for both these inferior pipes AND the more expensive brass ones when these didn’t work.)

product look like galvanized iron only. Not stainless steel . Suppost to be shiny but nut is dull.

It only turned about 1 to 2 times into real npt threaded brass drop ears. The threads are cut too far apart. When I hold it up to a real npt threaded pipe you can see that the fourth thread down is already half a thread off.
