These turned out to be great quality. The speakers can produce full-range sound but in my scenario, I removed the built in capacitors. The capacitors gave my speakers a very tinny sound, removing them helped and did not blow the speakers either.

I paired the tweeters with two PRV 6MR250B-4 Slims, running a 400 watt amp on a 2017 Road Glide Special. These tweeters woke up the sound system something fierce!!! It sounds amazing! So much louder. The 6.5 PRV speakers are loud, but adding the tweeters took it to a new level. I can clearly hear music on highway above 80mph. Notice I said clearly. It’s not distorted at all, I can hear the music as if I was parked. Cost, sound quality, build quality, you won’t be disappointed if you buy these tweeters.

I build a lot of custom made portable Bluetooth speakers. I needed some high quality smooth tweeters (silk dome) with great sound. These are rated at 92dB. Not bad...but, I did add some 20-ohm (100w) resistors to knock them down a little in this current build in the attached photo hereTHE GOOD- Silk dome smooth- Price- Surface mount! Just cut a hole using a hole saw bit and mount...easy- High volume clarity w/o "piercing" shrill, sizzle, buzz -- most car audio tweeters do these things. These do not -- very impressive.- Excellent 2,000 - 20 kHz response that sounds lifelike and flat. No hot spots that I can hearTHE NOT SO GOOD- Included capacitor is prewired and is fine for most -- but, for higher x-over you have to wire in another one. To me, a resistor works better (20-50 ohms)- Wires are about 20 AWG and quite short- Exposed hole where the wire goes into the backside...not good for sealed speaker boxes- No included rubber o-ring gaskets -- very surprised they didn't come with someBOTTOM LINE- This is a great sounding tweeter! There are some things that need "work arounds" but, not a deal breaker. I have been building speakers since the late 1970s...so, I know what is good and what is crap. These are a solid purchase and will suffice even the most critical/serious listeners. Kids that want high SPL (loud brain melting highs)...look elsewhere for tweeters

Despite being from a very reputable brand I wasn't expecting a whole lot for the relatively low price. I used these to replace some old elemental design components' tweeter. I always believed the tweet on those was just wretched and these validated that suspicion. I retained the ED woofer and crossover, and cut the included inline xover out leaving me with some fairly short pigtail leads.These sound amazing and produce a satisfying soundstage, the included brackets make proof of concept installation a breeze. The threaded ring leaves endless options for permanent installation. My only criticism would be the wire leads and undefeatable (short of cutting it off) inline crossover. I would have preferred to see some sort of connector like they put on their compression horns, or even a male spade. Don't let these minute details deter you from purchasing such an impressive, reasonable priced speaker!
