Sizing is bad. Wide and bulky and super short. Nothing like the picture. Design and quality is very nice.

They look good on the wall and hold a bundle of z fold towels well. Do not overload it because it will make the towels more likely to tear when pulled from the bottom. We found the ideal is about 2/3 full.

I was looking for a cheap paper towel dispenser and this seemed to fit the bill. It's cheap, its compact, it dispenses the right type of towels (in this case both c-fold and multi-fold). This seemed like the perfect solution.Except that apparently the 'Compact' in the description refers NOT to the unit itself being compact, but that it only works with 'compact' paper towels. Whoever knew there even was such a thing? But when I tried to insert standard Scott Mulitifold towels, which are 9 1/2 inches wide, they don't fit. Even the dispensing opening is only 8 5/8, so even if you COULD get the towels in, you couldn't get the back out.Back to the search.
