5 ft 8 in tall, 175 lbs, 39 inch chest, 36 inch waist; medium fits well. Should work well for running on hot/humid days when I can't/don't feel like going shirtless.FYI-the chest dimension given in the size guide is the width of the shirt front.

The material is so thin it seems practically see through. It also looks very cheap when it’s worn. I would probably buy this for one time use novelty item… the sizes seem to be accurate.

This is a good workout shirt. It helps me not be so sweaty when I’m working out. I mean, it’s as close to being shirtless as you can be without actually being. It’s comfortable and has a good stretch to it too. It fits loosely, so not super flattering, but I don’t feel like that’s necessary for when you work out.
