I don’t like to iron clothes because of the marks they leave behind, especially on silk clothing. This was a better choice for my needs. It gets hot enough to make the wrinkles disappear quickly, but doesn’t leave any iron marks on your clothes and the wand doesn’t sputter water out like irons can do. I use it all the time and I don’t regret getting it. I also use it on my mattress to kill any dust mites that may have been on my bed before I put my sheets on. I recommend this one to all my friends and family.

This is a really nice, I have used many different brands but I think this one is a good value. We are currently using it in my tailoring studio and everyone is very happy with it.

The tank holds a lot of water and it produces a lot of steam. My only complaint is that the piece of plastic at the top that holds the hanger, doesn’t really hold the hanger well and it turn so the garment spins away from you as you’re steaming it. You almost have to crazy glue the top piece to keep it from turning. I haven’t done that yet but I am going to once I remember to buy some glue. If the manufacturer fixes this issue then I would give this machine 5 stars

The quality of this steamer is impressive. I read the reviews and although there weren't many reviews, this product is exceptional! The quality, craftsmanship and power of the steam is great! The pole to hang the steam wand and clothes while you steam is very nice! Also the cover on the hose is very durable! Great product! I highly recommend it!
