This is my second time purchasing this. It is excellent quality, lasts many months, and my cat loves it. My furniture barely gets noticed in favour of this scratching alternative. Doesn’t leave mountains of cardboard on your carpet like cheaper versions do. Imported, so import fees apply upon pickup.

Je connais très bien cette marque de Griffoir (qui devient difficile a obtenir) et sa qualité de produit donc j'en ai pris deux du coup pour ma petite troupe. Ce sont des griffoirs très solides et qui durent dans le temps, que les chats apprécient beaucoup, qu'ils soient petites, grands, gros... tous les chats peuvent s'y prélasser, se défouler sans que le griffoir bouge, tombe ou soit sous dimensionné. A ce prix là actuellement c'est une très bonne affaire au vu de sa qualité et de sa durée (des années..)Essayez de continuer à nous procurer cette marque fiable pour nos minous.

Excelente rascador, es muy bonito, además que a mis gatitos le encantan dormir encima de él y al igual les encanta afilar sus agarras en él. Es el segundo que compro y han salido de muy buena calidad y duraderos, a mis gatitos les encanta.

Es lo que todo gato podría desear, pero tiene un problema los extremos que parecen de madera no estan muy pegado o sobre salen un poco haciendo que el gato quiera morderlo y botando esas cubiertas muy rápido, no pongo fotos porque actualmente lo tiene mordido mil pero hizo que dejara en paz los muebles.

It is a bit expensive but worth every single dollar. It is a high quality material and much sturdy than the one I bought from ebay. My babies love it and spend a lot of time to attack it...lol

Es un producto de excelente buena calidad, el cartón es muy resistente y el diseño está lindo. A mis 4 gatitas les encantó desde que lo abrí, cosa que no sucede con todos los productos para gatos. Me gusta que no huele a pegamento. El tamaño es ideal cuando tienes 2 o más gatos. La altura es ideal porque puedo usarlo también como camilla para darle Reiki a mis gatas, ya que me resulta muy cómodo colocar mi sillón de meditación. Me fascinó el producto y a mis bigotudas más. Cabe resaltar que lo entregaron en el tiempo acordado y llegó muy bien empacado. El único detalle es que la bolsita con catnip es muy pequeñita, deberían hacerla más grande, sería un plus.

It took my young, indoor cat a week or two to lose her suspicion of this new item but now she LOVES it. She used every angle of it for scratching, stretching, playing and sometimes just relaxing in the middle. It has some kind of catnip soaked right in and she rubs her cheek, chin and forehead all over every surface of it. She's even made up new kitteh games to play and taught us the rules. She likes us to put her toys on top and wait for her to stalk them, hunt them and eventually kill them by knocking them down. We humans must "reset the pins" as in bowling. This Scratcher is very well-built and should last a good long time. It's more a piece of furniture! When our cat uses up the two sides that are currently facing up, we can just flip over to the bottom and she has a whole new surface to shred to bits! This is a small business, and I hope the continue to gently expand their product line. I plan to purchase another of their products soon, the curvy one, The My cat is a long kitty, if you know what I mean and so we bought the Large size. When we first saw it out of the box, I thought I'd made a mistake but she REALLY loves the size. She can sink her front claws into the top and do a real seemingly pleasurably lumbar stretch. She'll even move side to side, like she's working her obliques! She loves her new Scratching post and Kitteh-Kat Pilates machine. She also likes to walk through the opening in the middle or toss her toys in the middle. She's going to get a few years out of this for sure.Update august 2022: as a matter of fact, she got several years out of this but so loved her other Loungers that she stopped paying attention to this one. We gave it to a Multi-cat household a couple of years ago and those kitties are giving the thing a serious workout. It's very sturdy. SO far, none of the cats have managed to strip the Triangle scratcher of all its cardboard scratching surface. when we had it, we just rotated the surface every few months so no one side took a beating. In the time we have had this product, we have bought 4 more of the large loungers as gifts for other households with multiple cats and those cats use the long, larger lounger as what I call a "Double-Decker Nap Mo-Sheen" LOL. Those cats enjoy sleeping on it as if it were a bunk bed. One household still has the original 2 I bought and the other households still have their originals too.If there is any downside, and this isn't much of one - it is the fact that you may need to sweep a little more often or use a handheld duster-buster type vacuum every two or 3 days to suck up all the itty bitty pieces of cardboard the cats make from digging their claws deep into the surface. when one side gets a good workout, we flip it over and let the cat have at the other side. Our cat doesn't care to sleep or scratch in the underneath of the big lounger and so we store old newspapers there for a week until recycling time comes around. In the other households with more than one cat, the cats love the underside of the "bunk" for sleeping. So just keep the scratching bits up off the floor and you'll be a happy cat parent cuz it helps prevent them from scratching furniture legs, couches and so forth.Although we don't have to do it very often, we occasionally "recharge" all 3 of these scratcher products by rubbing a little fresh, organic catnip into the surface. It helps keep the cat interested in the scratcher/lounger and we can sometimes rub it in an area she hasn't been paying equal attention to with her claws. This will usually encourage her to have at the unused area with her sharp claws and help dull them.These are wonderful products from a wonderful company. The scratchers are long-lasting pieces of furniture. we only ever had one wear out and we sawed it in half and placed the half pieces elsewhere in the house where our cat found them and loved the easy access to a new scratching surface. She's a tall cat and a long cat, so maybe she just didn't feel like squeezing under there to rip up the interior. we just used a hacksaw and it created a whole new toy for her. we love these things. It makes the perfect gift for a home with a new kitten or a loved one who has a cat who is bored with their current playthings.

Love this duo-purpose scratching post. My cat loves to nap and scratch on this, and I love how little room it takes up. For a cardboard-based scratching post, I'm very happy to say that there's minimal cardboard fall-out and when bits do fall out they are very small and easy to sweep up. It's also long enough that any cat that enjoys stretching their arms forward while scratching will have plenty of room to do so. Wonderful product that I would gladly recommend to any cat owners.This also came with a small packet of catnip as a small bonus. Scent-wise, it's a decent packet of catnip (i.e. if you cat likes catnip, yes, they will like the catnip included with this product). However, the dried bits were too large to actually enter the small holes created by the corrugated cardboard layers so it's a bit limited in its application in encouraging cats to use the scratching post. For anyone that's looking to make the scratching post more enticing to their cats (though it's pretty enticing on its own really), I recommend buying more catnip that's been broken up into finer bits.It is on the pricier side, so I'd actually recommend owners to first see what type of scratching post their cats like before taking the dip. My cat is fine with both vertical and horizontal scratching posts and likes cardboard over rope, so this was the perfect product for us. If your cat is the same, get it. If you don't know, try purchasing a smaller and cheaper cardboard scratching post first. If your cat's not interested at all, great! Now you know that your cat prefers other types of scratching posts. And if it turns out that your cat does like cardboard, you'll be able to see just how nice this scratching post is in comparison.FYI - For 1st time cat owners and people that have never had a cardboard-based scratching post before: It is NORMAL and EXPECTED for cardboard scratching posts to lose bits of cardboard over time. In fact, current studies show that cats prefer scratching posts that they can 'destroy' over scratching posts that are so sturdy that their claws can't damage it. This is why a lot of new scratching posts tend to be made of either cardboard (which cats get a kick out of from both the sound and the satisfaction of tearing into) or sisal rope (even easier to tear up, easy to replace on scratching posts too once they're destroyed). Carpet-based scratching posts are kind of an in-between compromise where cats can still rip at the fibers and owners don't have to clean up any messy fall-outs, however, I'd recommend against these since cats don't exactly differentiate between the carpet of scratching posts and the nice carpet you don't want them scratch in the living room. Considering all of this, this really is a nicely made product. It's tougher than most of the other cardboard scratching posts I've purchased, and the bits that do fall out are small enough that they would never become a choking hazard.
