The natural bamboo looks great in my Spa restroom. i love that it hangs on the wall and is sturdy enough to with stand all day usage. With that being said, When I received the towel holder and hung it up, we found it very hard to pull the paper towels out without them getting stuck and shredding. Though watching other reviews and videos of others having the same issue. My husband put two small pieces of wood on the inside (shown in photo), the pieces of wood holds the paper towels up so it is easier to pull out thought the bottom hole. i feel like this should be part of the original design. I also wish the bamboo one came with a top like the black one. All and all it is nice and looks very nice. I am pleased with it and would recommend with the adjustments.

These are an excellent alternative to traditional dispensers. They look sleek and modern but I’m not sure how they would hold up with excessive use. I have a small school and they work quite well. We used the heavy duty command strips rather than drilling holes.

The item is nice looking and we’ll made. It can be mounted on the wall or placed on a counter. I added little plastic feet so I can have it next to the sink and not get wet from spills on the counter. When guests come, I use it in the guest bath. It’s much more sanitary than a towels if you have a crowd.

Love the bamboo look and yes, it is not sanded as well on the inside, but I have not had a problem yet. The papertowels tend to tear as often as my stainless steel one does and I just do not overload it and if you use it on the counter, you do not have to worry about the roughness. I am using it on the counter, but the kids are taking a stack instead of using one or two at a time, so I am working on figuring our a way to have a springloaded system so that it can be like a pop up tissue box or diner napkin holder. If you can hang on a wall - would be best and easier to fill.

I find this to be well made and very nice looking on a shelf in my bathroom. Due to the covid-19 I think this is good to have..... paper towels instead of everyone using the same cloth towels in the bathroom. I am very happy that I purchased this.
