This review is from our golden doodle! She wanted you to know she loves this ball. It is well made, very sturdy and it is so much fun to chase and pounce on! She wishes the charge would last a little longer, but when she doesn't want to put it down that is to be expected. The only problem was her chewing it so hard, we couldn't get it open to charge! But Elaine from customer service told us what to do and now she is back to chasing and having a "BALL" . Great interaction product for our dog.

Update: it's been a month and 3 days and this thing is still holding strong. I mentioned in my first post that this was coming apart occasionally. As it turns out it doesn't come apart at all anymore. What's happened is the strong chewing has tightened it to the point where I can't open it to charge it. I don't think that matters though because I just ordered a new shell. The current shell is probably going to last maybe 3 or 4 more days as it separating from the ball. This is not a negative review, this is a positive review. For those of you that know, you know. There are no toys that will last forever with a strong chewer. This one has been fantabulous! This was a relatively significant investment since toys don't last all that long at my house. The fact that I can just replace the shell at a much lower rate is a huge positive, too. And just to reiterate, the ball itself is holding up. It's just that the material is starting to separate from the center. I changed the writing from 4 to 5 starsPros: my super chewer, a Cane Corso, hasn't destroyed this yet and she really goes after it when I bring this out. I like the option of being able to replace the shell when it gets chewed up (because it will). The picture was taken after 4 weeks so I am very impressed. Most other toys advertised for strong chores don't make it past one day at my house.Cons: the vibration causes the toy to become unscrewed. I have to watch for this watch she plays because my dog will chew the black device in the middle when it falls out.Overall, it's a great toy. It does require supervision at all times hence the 4 stars. If it didn't come apart after 20-30 minutes of continual use, I would give this five stars.

My 17 pound Cavapoo is really enthused about her orange bouncing ball! I’m pleasantly surprised she can pick it up in her mouth. Better yet, she hasn’t been able to chew chunks out of it. Up until now, I’ve had difficulty finding toys that appeal to her AND that stay intact! I’m relieved to have one now. I have to laugh about the ball getting lost in my little living room. It finds out-of-the-way corners to hide. One of the first nights, I didn’t think to turn it off. As I was laying in bed I could hear the ball awake up and start the familiar bouncing pattern. In short, we love everything about it—the color, the durable cover that protects furniture, the easy access to the charging port, and the fact that I can buy another cover if this one falls apart. It doesn’t look like that will happen anytime soon.

I have a 65 pound Aussie, SOUL and a 50 pound Belgian Malinois Shepherd mix, WILLOW who crave activity. Willow has a very high prey instinct and Soul is very curious and smart. I purchased 5 different bouncing balls to test and this is the only one that survived. I will say the cheeper plastic ones had far more action and one even had lights and music but they didn't even last one day. Size matters. The first & 2nd balls really engaged them but were too small. They had a lot of action and roll, constant movement. But, one bite stopped the party! I wish they made these larger. The third ball required batteries and it was by far their favorite with lights and music but the rubber nibs used to protect the plastic body fell off on the first run. I put them back on but they continued to fall off. The dogs cracked the body. I rubber banded it together but it just couldn't hold up. The fourth ball is similar to this one but it has a large recessed button to power on and change modes. I like it better because I don't have to unscrew it to charge it or power the modes. Unfortunately, my Aussie was able to bite the button off. I always supervise their play but Soul is the master of destroying the most advertised indestructible toys, especially if they have squeakers. So even though the playability function of this ball is less exciting, it is the most durable and a good size. I just wish they could ramp up the movement modes.

Ball is enjoyable for dog, not left chew marks yet but he trieshard. Doesn't bounce very long but does move by itself if left alone. Would have liked it more active.
