I know it’s advertised for cats, but our dog is roughly the same size as a cat and I figured why not try it. Well, if you’ve ever tried to put a diaper on a squirmy dog, I don’t recommend it. The Velcro part worked fine, but once you got to the straps with the buttons it just became a disaster and we never actually got to use it on our dog to try it out, The buttons are small and extremely hard to get through the holes when your dog is squirming around. Having been around dogs and cats all my life I imagine it would be 100x worse trying to get this onto a cat.They look nice and the idea is awesome, but after 5 tries to get this on my elderly dog, I gave up. If I was trying to put this on a cat, I would have been torn to shreds. The buttons are just too difficult to get into the holes.

UpDATE: These are falling off of him pretty easily, but it could be due to them being larger than he needs.My cat was on the border between the small and medium sizing. I ordered medium because a previous review said they ran small. The ones I received didn't run small so they're a little large for my cat. They still fit on the tightest setting and seem to be nice quality. The little buttons are a little hard to do but I tried setting the black straps to the correct sizes first and sticking his one lef and tail In, then closing the velcro strap snug. That worked well for us. Also I am sticking in half of a woman's feminine napkin so I can change those and keep the pants cleaner longer for my incontinent kitty. It's working well so far and I might order some small size to cut down on disposable diapers.

My cat has been spraying all over the house as soon as we moved in in January this year. I'm waiting for his appointment for neutering. I don't want to keep him isolated because I believe that's causing more frustration.I tried one of the diapers today and although he was waking weird and somehow not happy, I can see these diapers are more comfortable than others as they have a good space for the cat's tail and they're not super wide in the crotch area like others that are definitely uncomfortable for the cat to walk at all. It'll be a process for him to adapt (for now, hopefully the neutering eliminates the need of him spraying), but it's okay.

I ordered these for my 15 year old Chihuahua and they fell off. I'm using baby diapers with tape and they work.
