These are great for beginners when learning how to throw the discus. They are super cheap so you can buy multiple and get several throws in a row in. They are a little soft and get nicks and dings but for the price you can’t beat them. Great for drills and warmups also. You won’t be disappointed.

If you do not drop this on concrete where is will wear quicker ... this will remain a good discus for several years and is a great trainer and competition disk. Very good feel for throwing.
