This is an ingenious bag! Fits well in the small well under the backseat in my F150 crew cab and holds a surprising amount of tools. Unfolded it is easy to find the tool I need and carry with the middle handle. This replaced a tool rool that was frustrating to use.

This is a very different take on a tool bag. When opened up, it folds out to a tool tray with a center divider and handle. It is a good size for most hand tools. I think if you have just a few more tools than would fit in your box or bag, this might be a good way to carry the extra stuff.It is just the right length for a Wonder Bar, but a bit too narrow for a straight claw hammer. And, when you close it, you loose about half of its capacity. So, as a tool try, it is a good size, but as a tool bag, it is limited.It is constructed from a heavy cordura type cloth with some sort of stiffener inside. Closed it is quite sturdy, but as a tool tray, it is a little flimsy. (Good enough, but you won't want to put a lot of heavy tools in it.)

Nowadays there's not much the shade tree mechanic can do if the car breaks down on the roadside. Too many computers, chips and tech to just raise the hood and fix the problem. But from time to time you can do a simple repair that will get you going to a place that can make permanent fixes and this tool bag is perfect for holding a small selection of the most useful hand tools for on the road. At least that was my theory for acquiring this bag. The bag itself is a heavy duty fabric they call Oxford Cloth and it's about 15x9 inches and maybe 5" tall. That's a nice balance between large enough for hand tools but compact enough for the trunk. It's well made and durable and has a hefty zipper closure. It would be a nice gift!

They need to market this as a "hair tool semi-rigid travel bag." I have been looking for one this size FOREVER and this is the first I have found with semi-hard sides with two separate large compartments. This fits my Revlon One Step WITHOUT crushing it. Would also work for the expensive Shark and Dyson hair tools and it does not smash the bristles. The bag is big enough to put all toiletries in for travel, including full size hair brush, makeup, deodorant, etc. The bag does not crush in my suitcase and the two sides are completely sealed from each other, so you won't have your make up pencils get stuck under the bottom of the divider. The only thing that would improve on this bag is light color lining to see contents easier (light blue would be great.) Awesome bag. 5 stars. I might also buy another for my oil paints on one side and my paintbrushes on the other. The long slim design is excellent.
