Tried a bunch of spoons and our son eventually enjoyed this one the most. Of course every baby is different but I can safely highly recommend this for solid food.

The bowl of the spoon is nice and flat for babies learning to eat from a spoon, and the texture is soft and smooth. It’s also easy to clean, which is a plus! The lighter colors do stain from pumpkin, carrot, etc., but it’s meant to be a utensil that does its job, so that doesn’t bother me.

I really thought these would basically just be aesthetically pleasing and not super functional and when I saw how big they are I was like dang these won't work, but then I tried feeding my little one and wow I love them! Not only are the gorgeous but they actually are great for feeding purees. Very comfortable to hold and maneuver as needed (babies don't exactly hold still while eating haha), mine haven't stained even though we eat a lot of orange foods. Thick and durable but soft for teething gums. I can't recommend these enough!
