Great lil' led light.. I have bought several of these led's over the last few years with the first two being bought for my carport that i wired up to night time photo cells set to auto come on at night.. All the lights are exposed to the elements outside and have not had any issues with fogged lens or moisture..

Got one of these to light up my driveway. It's surprisingly bright for only 30 watts. Brighter than an older 50 watt LED light I have. It's a flood light rather than a spot, so it lights up a wide area. The light itself is quite compact. It fits under the eves of my house with plenty of room to spare, and is very unobtrusive. It attaches with a couple screws, and is adjustable up-and-down, but not side-to-side.The electrical cord is not very long. Only about 8 inches, so you have to mount it quite close to the box that powers it. Not easily replaced, either. It gets quite hot if it's on for a long time. Mine never is, so it's not an issue for me. I would not get this light for an application that requires it to be on for long periods of time.Overall, I'm happy. Does what I need it to.

I really like these lights. They light up a huge area. First, I bought these to illuminate the areas around my house because we have a “lot” of black widows. When I wired up the first one to test the brightness, I liked it so much, I put it inside a room in the house as a single replacement for multiple lights. (They’re really bright!). I purchased the daylight and the warm white. They serve different purposes based on your preference. I really don’t like daylight, but they’re brighter, so those are the ones that I use to cover larger areas. The negative aspects of these are that the wires are relatively short, so you have to be very particular about getting it right the first time as you can’t cut them down too much more. The mounting is a problem. I’ve always had trouble with this type of mounting system, especially when placing them in tight spaces beneath an overhang. I ended up notching out a screw sized piece of metal so that I could secure the screw first, then slide the mounting bracket under the screw head and washer, then slide it to the side and tighten the screw from there. There’s not much room to place your screw drivers, or drills against the head of the screw when you’re securing these, so sliding it beneath the screw head will only require just a few turns to make it tight. The last problem I had is how hot these get. When I using my test light for a side project, I went to pick it up to move it and nearly burned my hand. In the pictures that I’ve attached, the back of the light got up to 156 degrees in about a minute. I was concerned about putting these up against old wood or in places where there might be a low temp combustion possibility. So far, I haven’t had an issue running them for a few hours at a time. Otherwise these lights are really cool, really bright and super cheap compared to what you would buy at the chain stores.
