the supposedly "one size fits all" hat was not big enough. i initiated a return, went to the post office, only to find that the seller did not pay for packaging. i had to contact amazon and get them to contact the seller before they could issue me with the packaging fees. it ended up being a big inconvenience as i had to make a second trip to the post office

If you like straw for summer like me, this is a great buy. Affordable and it holds up well to the rough handling of maintenance work in my clients' yards. I will be buying more hats for this upcoming summer and to put a smile on your face, I will admit to being referred to as a rock star while wearing one. It was so nice to hear that.
