I’m so impressed with this tank! I typically wear a M/L after having lost 50lbs. I ordered a M and it holds everything in! I could have gone up a size, but it fits. It’s not overly stretchy, which I appreciate as I wanted something that would hold it all in. I wouldn’t say it super breathable, it’s thick and holds its shape well. It’s really quite comfortable, and I didn’t mind it on at all. It’s long enough to hold more than other tanks I’ve tried which is fantastic. I’ll keep the M and order a second one in a L for days I don’t need to be sucked in so much. 🤣

I love this! So many shapewear tanks lack adjustable length between the shoulders and bust. This one has a great adjustable range. This has great firm control and doesn’t migrate below the bustline later in the day. It also doesn’t creep or roll up from the bottom. This was also shorter in the body than the one I bought on the Maidenform website. Not short, just hit me low hip instead of upper thigh. I can’t recommend this highly enough for short and stout ladies like me.

I ordered the medium and I normally wear medium tops, size 8 pants. It was so tight I had a stomach ache the day I decided to wear it all day. For a few hours okay. It also is very long (for long torsos) so it wrinkles down, makes it seem you have extra spare tires around your waist.

Personally, I found that it really didn't changed my shape except crunch my bosum! It was so tight it compressed my shoulders when trying to take it off, I almost had to call my son to pull the rolled up item up and over my shoulders & head!!! It did nothing to my shape otherwise. It had great straps. The fabric is too heavy and compressing. I wanted something with light compression to help with working out etc, like men have.I got M (their sizing, as I take S usually) should have worked with my size, but maybe L to be less difficult to get on and off. Unless you like struggling with clothing. Not fun. Best is proper nutritious diet & exercise more!

Bin 174 mit 74 Kilo und das Top ging leider gar nicht - zu eng, zu unbequem - Lufthol Alarm :-) Absolut nicht mein Ding und ging deswegen retour.
