I dislike non-dairy milk to drink, but I do like oat milk butter and nut butters and this has been working wonderfully for that. It is a great size for making a generous amount of butters. It also makes decent little smoothies and boils water quickly. I've seen videos of wood working projects using rice paste and decided to try making some to use in a hand made note book. It actually works. I've been writing in the book and the pages are staying glued. This can take the place of a blender, tea kettle and some food processing. It is also attractive and doesn't take up much space on the counter - certainly less than the multiple appliances it can replace. It is very easy to use. The dial is large and easy to use.. I cleans up really nicely. This was a great find and well worth the money.

This works just good as another one I have. Its larger so i can make a bit more milk. I like that is has a led window on the front of it. Makes it easy to tell what your doing.Easy to use. I used the same method and recipe I use for almond milk with my other one and it came out fine.Comes with accessories for cleaning and also a straining bag. I don't straining because I don't care about the extra almonds. Its protein.The only downside to this one is there is no cover for the power port. If you're trying to wash the inside with soap you have to be extra careful not to get water into it. You can also use the self clean feature and see if thats good enough for you.The recipe book has mostly soy milk and not almond milk. I didn't need it so it was okay for me.

This makes all the different non-dairy milksMy kids like the horchata the best. It is very quick and simple to use. It cleans quickly as well and even has a clean setting.The recipe book I feel is lacking and I wish there were more detailed instructions. For oat/rice milk it just say add 60 grams grain and water to the level.I found soaking the grains/nuts had less waste and offered a deeper flavor and thicker milk.For horchata we found 1/3c soaked rice with 3c water- go through the 6 min cycle then strain and stir in 1 tsp cinnamon, splash of vanilla, pinch of salt and 1/4-1/3c sugar was perfect.If you don’t have time to soak overnight it still works great it’s just a bit thinner and less flavorful.If you regularly drink/use non dairy milk I highly recommend this. Fresh milk is far superior to the varieties in the store

Very well designed and made. It feels and works high-end! It has chrome accents around the lid, rim and controls somehow look premium with the matte, off-white plastics. The best part: Not only does it blend, it can also heat contents to a boil!My first test was to make oat milk, which it did perfectly in about 6 minutes. This is what ordered it for, so I’m already happy.Next I discovered the “Boil Water” setting. I thought it would heat it by spinning fast for a while, like the Vitamix, but this one actually has a heater element built in, which explains why the inside is stainless steel. It boils the approx. half gallon content in a little under 10 minutes. It has a “Rice Paste” Mode that likely uses both blending and heat. I will need to try some of the recipes from the included, well-written and illustrated booklet.The controls are self explanatory and simple to use. They also look sleek, like the entire unit.It comes with a mid-sized stainless steel strainer, a cloth bag to filter nut milk, a cleaning brush and a small measuring cup.If you need a milk and juice blender and a water kettle this thing is a slam dunk! None of the recipes call for ice cubes and I don’t believe it’s intended for those. Takes up little counter space and since it’s one unit it’s easily put away. Cleaning is also very easy since the inside is steel and easily accessed.I noticed a cool little safety feature: the lid has a small screw on its underside and a mark on top that says to align it with the handle. There must be a hidden prox sensor in the handle that senses the metal screw. If the lid is not on or not aligned right the unit won’t work, preventing accidental spillage of contents, or worse, injury. I like well designed and thought through products like this!!
