I recently purchased a hook reveal 9 and some additional Lowrance products to replace my outdated Lowrance X87. I have not had the opportunity to use the unit yet but had some questions so I called the Lowrance USA customer service phone number. I ended up taking with someone in the Philippines who was hard to understand and was obviously looking at a computer for an answer. I asked to speak with a supervisor and after waiting 5 minutes another person ( not in the USA ) came on who did the exact same thing as the other person. It’s sad that I can’t get support for a product I purchased in the USA from someone in the USA who I can understand who is knowledgeable on the product and not cookie cutter answers off of a computer.Hopefully I don’t have any problems once I use the unit if I do I’ll send it back and go back to my old unit.At this point I’d rate the unit a 5 but the support a 1.

El sonar me llegó en una caja genérica y ajena a la marca Lowrance. Parecía haber sido abierto anteriormente.Al utilizarlo se me fue la imagen en repetidas ocasiones después de usarlo. Además, me percaté que se encendía sólo.

No funciona el Trasductor, estamos en contacto con el Fabricante, al parecer no funciona el trasductor y se tendrá que regresar el item

For a budget depth finder with side imaging. This is an excellent unit.Very easy to use and set up. The image is very clear once you set it to a higher frequency.I purchased the TS unit and have had no issues so far. If you want Wi-Fi or an easy connection with a second unit for the front of your boat, You will need to purchase a higher-end depth/ fish finder.If you are looking for a rear depth finder. This one works great.The only thing I'm not a fan of is that the transponder is almost 11" long. It sticks way off the back of the boat. But hasn't been an issue so far.

When I opened the box it looked like the fishfinder was used and just shoved back in the box. Still waiting for my refund.

Buena pantalla un poco complicado la configuracion el mio funciono media jornada y dejo de funcionar la devolucion fue rapida sin problema
