Multiple parts came broken. It’s also not real wood. Not happy with my order!

I was a little worried because of the bad comments but I noticed the bad comments were people saying piece arrived broken. That is not the company’s fault that is who ever is handling it through all the delivery process. I think it’s sad that this really great toy is getting bad reviews because of something they can’t control. The only negative in my opinion is the headset. It’s really big and clunky and hurts my daughters ears. It also is a little finicky and I have trouble getting it to work sometimes but over than that we love this toy.

My son loves this and although it took a little bit to put together it was worth it. He plays all day long and we love it. The interactive headset is fun and realistic. Glad we got this foe his birthday. I'm sure this will last a long time.its best because we have two kids and they can play together.

Love this products quality. Except the headset didn’t work. The batteries were new so maybe something wrong with set. It was already set up from Santa otherwise we would’ve exchanged it for a new one. That being said the kids still love it
