I am so glad I took a chance on this bedspread. Not only does it cover our mattress but it's soft and beautiful too. Our previous comforter is gorgeous and was quite expensive but we realized it was too heavy. As I was looking for a replacement I decided to try this just to see how the lighter weight would feel. Just in case it was a mistake I went with the least expensive one I could find. But I am pleasantly surprised buy how luxe this looks and feels. I went with the blue colorway just to see how we'd feel about colors as I'm redesigning our bedroom. I'm going for a Californian Coastal vibe and this definitely reminds me of items I've seen in SoCal gift shops. I love it so much I may end up designing the room around it!

The colors were right on the mark. I enjoy seeing it it gives me a happy mood. The colors stayed bright no fading . Perfect fit for my queen size bed.

It fits my king bed. My bed is high off the floor, couldn’t find a bedspread that was long enough on the sides, this is perfect and the colors are good too. Great price on Amazon

This is a very pretty design it is very soft, the size is perfect. It is light weight but stays in place. It has just the right amount of warmth even during cool nights but is best for summer nights.

I don’t know what it is about stuff made in China, but there is a smell. A harsh smell, the same smell that came with a FAUCET I ordered two years ago. (That smell finally disappeared, thank god). But the bedspread smell: I washed it twice today, using lemon juice, laundry soap, baking soda, Oxiclean—it’s still there, but fainter. It’s a smell that irritates my nose and eyes.Other than that, it’s a lovely bedspread; well-made, light and will soften up as time goes on. I love the colors and pattern: not to foo-foo feminine!I will keep it—I know the smell will eventually dissipate, as it did for the faucet.EDIT a few days later: I am contemplating sending it back. Two washings with just about everything I have on my laundry room shelf, and line-drying and still the smell is horribly offensive. It smells like some deadly chemical is embedded in the fibers...
