Simple and easy to use. I bought it to strengthen my arm and shoulder after breast surgery. I don’t need the hand protective piece, but it was the only one I could find that shipped to Isle of Man. Unfortunately, we encounter this problem often with suppliers, although it costs no more to ship here than mainland UK.

I only used it once because the handles were quite hard to grasp or maybe I am not used to it. As for me it’s not worth the price, very expensive for that kind of material. I really need to continue my therapy that’s why I immediately bought it but I was disappointed.

The only slight issue is the one handle that's different than the other one on this device. The parts are not removable so if you're dealing with neuropathy or hand pain, this will be a problem. You can cut it off- it's worth it to mirror each other. This is a great device for anyone with restricted range of motion in the back, shoulders, neck. I highly recommend. Use it daily.
