I love this bag but a couple things- The sling is huge and can’t shorten. I am short. I put a knot in it but looks terrible so I took the sling off and I use the other strap. As for the width, just check the size of your laptop. It’s tight for my laptop but it does fit. Leather will stretch though. Overall I really like it.

I’ve used this bag for almost every day in the past two months, in sling bag form. My daily carry includes a 14 inch MacBook, a thermos, a case for my glasses and other small accessories such as chargers, mouse, etc. Other than the small outer compartments, the main compartment has extra inner pockets for smaller items such as keys, pens and chargers, but larger items can only fit in the main compartment’s space. That’s pretty much it, but all that I need.I love the bag’s quality feel and durability. When swinging the bag by the side handle when I’m rushing towards the bus it never feels like something’s about to tear. The zipper never got stuck and can handle it well enough when I’m stuffing the bag somewhat beyond its normal capacity.Not to mention that the bag also looks great and made me receive a few compliments :)One minor caveat regarding the sling bag’s strap - it’s a bit too long for me, even after adjusting it (I’m 1.70m tall). Because of that the bags kinda hangs from middle of my back and not the top.
