I have had this brace for 5 days now. My pup has a sprained ankle so wears it everytime he goes outside. The metal strips broke through the material and were poking into his leg, the velcro is fraying apart. It is just terrible material. I would not recommend. I got 5 days use out of it and now it's garbage.

“The Bird” - Morris Day and the Time, but now that I have your attention...This isn’t so much a product review as it is a customer service review. The product itself seems to be of a fair enough quality to likely be very durable. I can’t comment on that personally because the ones I purchased were too large and didn’t fit properly. Which brings me to the customer service.This guy Noah is really something else. The same day the package arrived I got an email from Noah asking to let him know if, after doing a test fit, I needed a different size. Low, and behold... I did. I told him this in my reply. He not only sent me a new pair of braces in the next smaller size - at no charge - but also advised me to donate the pair that were too large to a local vet or shelter.Even if this product wasn’t the quality that it surprisingly is at this price point, the man would still get my business with customer service of this caliber. Well played Noah, keep up the good work!I’ll update my review with actual product info after the new pair arrive and my 70lb ex-racer greyhound puts them to the test!
