Ive used Campus notebooks in the past, so I knew that their paper is excellent. My appreciation for good stationary came to being when I lived in Japan.Ive found that A5 tends to be about the right size for my use case. I dont need a full on A4 or US Letter sized sheet, so A5 is perfect, as its similar to "legal pad" size in the US, but slightly taller and a bit wider. The Campus Sarasara さらさら paper is one of the best papers ive found for use with my nice stationary. It behaves well with everything I throw at it. Pencils, gel pens, pigmented rollerballs, fineliners, highlighters, fountain pen archival ink, and even heavily fountain pen ink that has heavy sheen. Ive found that most papers just dont like sheening inks, as they would soak it up quick and make the ink look matte and dull. Sheening inks will properly show their true colors on this paper, while still drying in a reasonable time. There are no issues with bleed either. I havent noticed anything reasonable bleed through the paper, and it handles bleed well enough that you can very easily write on both sides with wet inks and it is nice and clean on both sides, no obvious bleedthrough that would be mistaken for any stray marks. Some examples of what Ive tried on this paper include, HB graphite, 2B graphite, 4B graphite, Pentel RSVP rollerball gel, Pentel Energel, Pentel Energel Permanent, Tombow Mono Graph ballpoint gel, Pilot G2, Uniball Jetstream, Uniball 307, Zebra Sarasa, Staedtler Triplus Fineliner, Sakura Pigma, Sharpie Permanent Marker, Sharpie S-Gel, Sharpie Smearguard highlighter, Staedtler Textsurfer Highlighter, Stabilo Boss Original Highlighter. For fountain pen inks, some examples of what behaves well include Pilot Black, Diamine Majestic Blue, Diamine Red Dragon, Diamine Shimmering Blue Pearl, J Herbin Perle Noire, LAMY Black, Noodlers Heart of Darkness, Colorverse Quasar, Colorverse Cat Shimmering, even Organics Studio Nitrogen. All of them behaved excellently on the paper. No bleedthrough, no feathering, no excessive smearing, shimmers showed fully, sheening showing its full colors, all of the inks dried in a reasonable amount of time (drytime is a bit long, but not so long that its something to be worried about, you just need to make a mental note not to immediately slide your hands over the paper right after writing with any wet ink, wait a few seconds for the paper to soak the ink up).For sure, if you enjoy high quality stationary, Kokuyo Campus Sarasara is a great paper to use. Its on the smoother side, but theres enough texture to give you feedback when you write with things like fountain pens. As an example, with my TWISBI Diamond 580 with an M nib, it felt like I was sliding across silk when I wrote. There is a bit of feedback so you still have great control. Ive used ultra smooth paper before, where it felt like I was sliding on glass when I wrote. I dont like it, since no feedback whatsoever makes it feel like I am less able to accurately control my pen, plus super smooth usually means that its barely porous, which means that inks, especially wetter ones, take a ridiculous amount of time to soak and dry on the paper.I prefer Kokuyo Campus Sarasara over most other high quality paper, for sure, more than Rhodia and their standard 80GSM paper. The Rhodia paper behaves well with anything but special fountain pen inks. Sheening and shimmering inks behave very very poorly on it because it just instantly inhales the ink so it doesnt have a chance to show its special characteristics. The only other paper that I would take over Kokuyo Campus Sarasa, is Maruman Mnemosyne, but its noticeably more pricey, so its nice if I can get a good deal on Mnemosyne paper, but its usually not worth the extra premium, at least when it comes to what I look for in paper.

I really love the smoothness of the paper when writing on it. The many holes means no more torn holes and the size is perfect.

El grosor de las hojas es muy bueno y prácticamente no se transparenta nada aunque uses tintas de gel o marcadores.

This kokuyo paper is not as smooth as the others. Not the one I want but still okay to use.

Interestingly isn't like their dot notebooks which have even more dots than this one has. These are lined loose leaf paper where there are dots incorporated into the lines when you need them.Paper is so smooth, and the ruling and dots are convenient. No ghosting even using my wet fine Parker 51.Pretty good for Spencerian practice when working on getting the widths right for letters as a beginner when no flexing is involved.Only issue I have is the price, but it's as fair as possible I think.
