It was exactly what I ordered. Honestly I had no idea what I really needed besides the fact that I knew I needed a piece to go on my bike to pull the stroller behind it.No instructions. It seems to be doing the job. But I’m only pulling a 5 lb poodle in it so far. LolI guess the reason I’m only giving it four stars is because the packaging that it came in had no instructions and if you don’t know what you’re doing you’re kind of clueless as to which way & how to mount it.

Most that comes with the pet trailers are too small this was the only on that fit and I was able to use with the current pet trailer that I have.
