They’re tiny worked great for toddlers and little kids my 15-year-old wore one she is a size 7/9 juniorsAdult women definitely need to hook them together But there are only a couple of the same colorsIf you’re buying these for adults by two, so you can connect them and make them largerOne skirt in the packet had the Velcro sewn the wrong way.Still a good value, and definitely for very small people/children

Bought these for the children of my guest to a luau party I had. They were high quality and fun being different colors. One of the boys even wore it to school the next day. So I’d say they were a hit with the kids.

We used these for my daughter's Moana party and had a blast with them! Each girl got to choose her color (and the one boy chose green to look like Maui!). They were perfect! They each took one home as their party favor, along with some head flower bands and lei's we also purchased. I really liked that each one was adjustable due to the velcro. They fit all the kids ages 4-6 years old, but it was too big for the 3 year old (wears size 2T-3T shorts).

I had a Tropical Safari Birthday Party and I purchased these skirts to give to the little girls who came over. These skirts actually fit the 1 year old girl, the 4 year old girl, an 11 year old and several adults including a few that had some extra pounds. I was shocked that everyone who tried one on, was able to fit. When they say they fit children and adults they are correct. They use velcro and fit the smallest to about a 42" waist. The colors were vibrant and quality was really good for the price. They did not get tangled up and did not fall apart and they were a real hit with the party goers.
