The fabric is silky! This underwear solved my problem! I am 76 & have leakage once in awhile overnight & would need to change into dry pajamas in the middle of the night.Not fun! These underpants totally solved that issue.

I was happy when I came across these undies. I’ve been wanting to try out period undies as I have issues with my overnight pads, they always move and that’s normally when I leak and get it all over my bed. I like how the “pad” part of these cover a lot of area on the front and back, I know I’m covered when I sleep because I like to move around a lot. I don’t wear these all day for protection, just at night, as this is what suits my needs. Yes they are on the bulky side and give off diaper vibes when I first wore them, but as I’ve worn them through a few cycles it’s not bad. Just feels like I’m wearing a thick pad in my undies. The sizing is a little off, they are on the snug side, but after wearing them a few times I’m ok with them being snug as I know they aren’t going to move and leak a lot. I’m a 20/22 pant, but I wear my undies under my belly button and don’t really have a rear (if you have a boody idk how well these would work out for you). When it comes to cleaning them, I just rinse them out in the morning when I pop in the shower and then wash with my other clothes and line dry. I will say when I do this they do take a quite a while for them to line dry, not sure if that’s because the “pad” part is so thick or it’s how I hang them up. I just make sure the pad is completely dry before I put them in my drawer.

I got these in large in pink/blue/brown. These worked super well for my last period. They are well made, with solid seams and no loose threads. They look just like the photos. And they fit true to the included size chart. They're super comfortable! I have endometriosis, so my periods are painful, heavy, and LONG. These were a GREAT option for my worst days. They did not leak. They did not feel like a diaper. It was comfortable (MUCH more comfortable than wearing a pad). And they washed and dried well. I am so glad to have these.

These work great. I have a heavy flow and this fit great, the material does not irritate my skin, they don’t smell, no leaks. I bought a pair of period panties at target and I am not as confident wearing those as I do these ones. Well worth the money.

I'm on the fence about these. I have been wanting to try these type of panties and someone who bleeds VERY HEAVY. The plan was to use a pad with it for extra protection. The problem is my pad doesn't stick to to for some reason. Not even my pantiliner. I've never had this issue. So when I pull them down it's a problem. They aren't uncomfortable. I thought it would feel weird because the crotch are is a bit thicker but it wasn't. I wouldn't try them on their own because I simply bleed too heavily. I accidentally dried on pair in the dryer. It did bunch up a bit. But so far it's holding. So I don't hate them but I don't love them.
