Got this for my son who works railroad yards. Hose at bottom of pack leaked. Had to adjust it and tighten down more than how it came from factory. Once we did that leaking stopped.

This is a light-weight, hydration pack that works okay. The pack is made out of lite nylon and conforms well to my back's contour. I really don't notice it being there. It's small form factor doesn't offer much room for food or accessories, but I can stuff a few energy bars in it.The water bladder is the standard, small mouth, flexible plastic pack with hose and a closing sippy valve with hard plastic cover. It's not the best one I've used, but it gets the job done. You have to be sure the valve closes when finished drinking because it may leak otherwise. It has a plastic cap which securely seals it for transport in a vehicle or when not in use.To summarize, I like the weight and size of the hydration pack for my rides. The size makes it unnoticeable when riding or hiking. The bladder is a good size for a few hour ride or hike in cool to moderate temps. It came in orange, which matches my bike. The price can't be beat for a hydration pack.The.cons: I don't like the strap system. It's really cheaply made and functions, but marginally. Straps are too narrow and the tension buckles don't work. If you tighten the straps they just slip loose when you move. It stays on your back and doesn't move, but can't be snugged unless you double string it through the buckles. The sippy valve takes some getting used to. If you don't close it or replace the cover cap it drips.I recommend the pack and would buy it again. It works well for my rides and hikes in cool to moderate weather. I would not recommend it for hot days. It just doesn't carry enough water for rides or hikes for more than 1/2 to 1 hour on hot days on the trail. You definitely don't want to run out of water on a hot trail.

This is a great little pack for hiking or festivals. We don't use the bladder because we prefer a plastic water bottle. I don't want to clean a bladder and it has space for snacks and keys and a bottle and dog poop bags. Great pack!
