At first use, appears well constructed and sturdy. New puppy traveled well on. her first trip. Hope to get many miles of travel with her. Had multiple attachment options. Converts to carrier, though that would be a challenge with a heavier dog, but comes with shoulder strap. Two collapsible food and water bowls

This bag has 4 corner straps that hold it in place with no movement behind me on the seat. Lots of room for my Cavalier King Charles. She loves to ride inside or sometimes stick her head out of the top hole. Internal strap to ensure she stays inside.

Well made. It was 2inches smaller in width than what it said. Same height and depth as advertised. My dog could fot, but it was a little to tight for long rides, so we returned it.

The kennel came on time when it was supposed to but glad I looked everything over cause I'm missing 1 strap with a buckle and a loop on one end so hopefully this company sends it out pronto

I wasn't sure how my pug was going to do on my motorcycle. She loves riding in the car, but riding with me was unknown. To get her use to the carrier since she's never been crated before, I put her in it for two days in the car going back-n-forth to work (20 min rides each way) without any problems. Her first ride was understandably shaky and in all honesty, I was too. I made the mistake of using only her collar to tether her inside and she put her front paws outside the carrier a couple of times while going down the freeway. She never tried to jump out, it was just nerve wracking having her exposed like that while being only attached from her neck/collar. On the ride home, I just kept the upper vent closed to prevent her from sticking her head out in the first place.Since then, I use a body harness that keeps her within the carrier more securely and she'll keep her head out until I travel over 50mph. Anytime I drop below 50mph, she'll pop her head out again to take in the sights. My pug is full grown and at 20lbs. The size of this carrier works very well for her and provides enough room for her to lay down when she wants to get out of the sun or wind. If my dog was slightly larger tho, she would certainly run out of room. The anchor points on the carrier along with the provided straps do an amazing job of securing the carrier to my wing. I can feel the carrier on my lower back a little bit and if I were to go on a longer trip (+90mins) it might be a nuisance in the back seat location (hence comfort at 4-star).The over quality of the carrier is top notch and worth the price. My dog is not a chewer and doesn't try to get out of the carrier, so the zippers do a fine job of retainer her. There's a fair amount of rigidity in the carrier to maintain its' dimensions and the material should last a long time if I keep it out of the sun when not in use. We've only gone on 6 trips so far (Total ~4 hours)...each one has been a blast. I'd certainly would recommend this product if you want your buddy to join you.
