The cinch solved my horses chafing problems and stays clean. I got a hard to find size 26 and it fits perfectly. He also seems less girthy since I don’t have to get as tight and has some padding in it which helps. He did like the elastic neoprene better when tightening up, but got huge sores from his arm pit skin getting pinched and rubbed by the top of the cinch which was nylon and had an abrasive tag on it! The fact that this cinch has a neoprene sleeve makes all the difference.

Love this. It is very soft and my young horse is doing great with it
