My husband installed this- he said it wasn't too difficult though not the easiest fan he's installed.The lights it comes with aren't particularly bright, so if you need a brightly lit space you'll want to pick some new bulbs. The fan works well.I like the way it looks, a but industrial but not too much.

This was probably the most difficult fan install I have had. The fan itself works so well and the light is adjustable. The remote has amazing range and more options than most systems do. During the installation, everything was quick, right up to hanging the fan. The way you have to hang it with the receiver is very difficult and we ended up doing it out of the instructions order to get it up. Overall, the fan is very quite, well balanced, and is reversible. It is a solid product once you get past the install.
