I wish I got this sooner. I use it to remove burrs and sharp edges from holes drilled in a sheet aluminum musical effects pedalboard. Works much better for this specific application than the reamer I previously used. This is easy to use, fast and effectively smooths the holes, leaving a professional smooth result. So there are no issues with wires or fingers getting cut on sharp metal edges or nasty burrs. I use a black sharpie to darken the topside appearance of the raw metal holes, and it looks like a professional machine shop did the work.

Just as you’d expect. Love it. Use it all the time to quickly debur after drilling holes in the machine shop before handing off to our guys for install.*Never let a part leave that could cut someone’s hand!
