i like this little electric lunchbox.it does not only make the food hot, but it also cooks the food,which is great.i really didn't think it would work that great, but i am very pleased.i bought a frozen meal with Udon noodles that needed 3-4 minutes in the microwave, and this little Epinovo electric lunchbox cooked it really well.i was able to put the frozen tray into the larger metal tray; it worked out good. Another time I cooked 5 duck eggs in it and it worked great and easy.You also get another metal tray with compartments.The lid has nice latches on all four sides that seal well.Also it is light weight, which i also like.To power the lunchbox, you get 2 electric plugs - choose either 110 volt AC or automobile 12 volt DC.We could Not get the AC to work on a 600 watt power inverter, so we used the 12 volt DC plug.There's a nice insulated carrying bag that zips open.i definitely give it 5 stars.i hope this review is helpful.Sabiene :)

I’ve been using this Electric Heated Lunch Box for over a month now, and it has completely transformed the way I enjoy meals during long trips and at work. The lunch box comes with two high-quality steel containers—one with two compartments and another single compartment. It also includes two pairs of sturdy steel forks and spoons, along with two wash sponges, which are thoughtful additions that make cleaning hassle-free. I use this lunch box daily to heat food at my office desk, saving me the trouble of walking to the cafeteria, and it’s been a lifesaver during long car trips, allowing me to enjoy hot meals on the road. The steel containers are durable, easy to clean, and retain heat well, while the box heats food in around 20 minutes, whether using the car’s 12V socket or a 120V AC plug. The use of PTC heating elements ensures safety by eliminating the risk of fire. It has 4 PTC elements, two for DC and two for AC. I’ve found that it can cook food if left for the right amount of time, though you need to be cautious to avoid burning the bottom layer. There are a couple of minor drawbacks: the plastic locking clips on the lid occasionally come out of their grooves when handling the box, and the outer cover emits a slight plasticky smell when heating food. While the smell doesn’t come into contact with the food, it’s something to be aware of. Despite these small issues, I’m extremely happy with this lunch box. It’s a reliable, efficient, and convenient way to enjoy hot meals wherever you are, whether at your desk, in your car, or on the go.

My wife and I basically use this lunch box for traveling on long road trips. We used to take delicatessen sandwiches and put them in a cooler. Now we take hot breakfast sandwiches also. Can fit two sandwiches inside the big open container, 2 Brioche, 2 English muffin sandwiches or 1 of each can fit in it with ease. The food courts on mostly all the Interstate/Highway Turnpikes are overpriced, expensive and crowded, this really works for us. Very rarely is the split dual compartment container is used but does come in handy knowing we can switch off to it as needed. Both containers are huge for one person eating lunch at work; think they are for a good full-size meal. Do like the insulated carry bag, very nice and awesome addition. Since we rarely use the split container, it’s no biggie, except finding storage space for it. There is something wrong with trying to stow both containers together like it came, once you remove it you can’t put both of the containers back together again. The split container has a ½ inch lip all the whole around it that prevents it from being seated correctly with the open container, don’t know how they were able to get both containers to marry up, but it appears to me it would be easier getting both pieces together without that 1/2-inch lip. Being an engineer one thing that sticks out and don’t understand, the power plug is a three-prong outlet being the middle prong is your neutral and the two outer prongs are your hot prongs, the side power outlet, you have your DC 12V on the left and the AC 110V on the right, so the right placement using that middle prong will only work with the right electrical cord. To use both voltages correctly with the switch on the front panel to switch back and forth, your AC is on the left and the DC 12V is on the right to switch using it. The continuity on the front placard panel is reversed from the power outlet, and you really can’t see where to plug the plugs in on the side outlet the couple of first times. The outlet safety cap is white and so are the DC and AC raised lettering on it, there are no other designations. Those are my only two notable observations, will only deduct one star for both. Overall, this is a very handy and incredible unit that does what is says with impressive quality that gives you a lot for your dollars.

The first one I ordered arrived with one of the latches broken, but they sent me a new one right away. This is great! It allows me to have my lunch warm before lunch time giving me more time to rest and save money by taking my lunch. It's also fairly easy to clean after use. Highly recommend!
