I love the buttons, and it is of great quality. Functions well for when I am working in the Summer, looks neat, washes nicely, doesn't wrinkle when folded promptly, and the material is of surprising value and thickness (with breathability built in).

The shorts deserve a 5 star review if purchased in the right size. I've bought 5 pairs of these shorts over time in different colors. I buy them in my "normal" waist size, but have found that, though they fit well when first worn, or after washing, because of the stretch in the waist, by the end of the day, they start sagging and I need to constantly pull them up. I finally got smart enough to buy them in a size smaller. They feel a bit snug at first, but then, because of the stretchiness of the material, fit fine. I can't say enough about how much I like these shorts. Just know, when ordering, actual waist size stretches a bit. So...a little loose, or a little snug. Your choice.

I'm 178cm with a 34inch waist and these shorts fit perfectly. True to my waist size and the cut sits just an inch above the knee. The material very comfy on the skin, a mix of cotton and some elastic material which provides enough of a stretch in certain positions whithout it feeling uncomfortable. Most of all, the shorts look great. I have medium sized/atheletic thighs and they sit comfortably on them, kind of like a nice fitting set of taylored golf shorts which are not too tight but also not too loose. I'm definately going to order a another pair in a deifferent colour this time.
